My children have access to Typing Pal through their school, but they can’t sign in to their account. What can I do?

Verify with your children’s school that its Typing Pal subscription is active. If so, there may be a login issue. Ask the school to give you the children’s usernames or to reset their passwords.

Keep in mind that for security reasons, requests from anonymous networks are blocked (e.g., proxy servers, VPN, data centres and Tor nodes).
